Meet Erika Lucid
My journey into hormone optimization is both professional and deeply personal
After more than 30 years as an RN in critical care and post-operative recovery, I’ve spent my career caring for people during some of life’s most vulnerable moments. Along the way, I learned how much energy, balance, and confidence can shape the way we experience each day.
My own struggle with perimenopause changed me in ways I didn’t expect. It gave me a new understanding of how frustrating it can feel when your body no longer feels like your own, and it inspired me to help others navigate that same path with compassion, clarity, and hope.
That experience led me to further my education and become a nurse practitioner so I could dedicate my work to helping men and women feel better, age well, and truly thrive in the second half of life.
